Director Eligibility Rule 77

As part of our upcoming Annual General Meeting, members will have the opportunity to vote on a proposed bylaw resolution regarding director eligibility. This proposed amendment, Director Eligibility Rule 77, outlines the criteria for who is eligible to become or act as a director of the Association.

A director must continue to meet these qualifications throughout their term of office.
If the board determines that a director no longer meets the qualifications required under this rule, the director ceases to hold office and the position becomes vacant.
