What is Fuel Good Day?

Fuel Good Day, also known as Feel Good Day, is an inspiring initiative launched by the Federated Co-operative Limited in 2017. Since its inception, Fuel Good Day has raised over $4.2 million nationwide, supporting more than 870 local organizations. This remarkable event channels all proceeds back into our community, benefiting local charities and non-profit organizations.

In 2023, Fort St John Co-op members and customers raised Two thousand, Four Hundred and Fifty Three Dollars Four Cents ($2,453.04) on Fuel Good Day which was all donated to Silver Willow 4-H Club.

How It Works

On September 17, 2024, the Fort St John Co-op Gas Bar & Car Wash will participate in Fuel Good Day. For every litre of fuel sold on this day, a minimum of $.10¢ will be donated to a local registered charity or non-profit organization. Imagine the positive impact every fill-up contributes to, right here in our community!

But that’s not all!

Slushies, Coffee, Ice Cream, and Fountain Pop: For every purchase of any of these delightful treats at our convenience stores, $1 will be donated to the same charity or non-profit organization.

Car Wash Sales: For every car that gets washed on that day, $2 from each sale will also go toward supporting the same local charity or non-profit organization.

How to Get Involved

We invite all local charity and non-profit organizations in our community to apply for the 2024 Fuel Good Day.

Applications are now open, and will close on June 16th,2024.
