Fort St. John Co-op Cardlock Now Accepts Credit Cards

Pay at the pump 24 hours a day! Petro Vend 300E, a flexible payment option now available at the Fort St. John Co-op 91st Ave and 100th Ave Cardlocks.

Cardlock Card holders can continue to fuel as they always have, plus anyone with a Visa or Mastercard can also fuel up at both locations and still earn equity on their purchase.

You can find this flexible payment terminal (Petro Vend 300E) at:

91st Ave Cardlock — right between pumps 7/8 and 10/11.

100th Ave Cardlock — right between pumps 5/6 and 7/8.

To help you get started, here’s a step-by-step guide for using Visa or Mastercard at our 91st Ave and 100th Ave Cardlock Locations: 

1. Insert your Visa or Mastercard.

2. You’ll be asked if you have a FUEL ACCESS CODE.

• If you do, enter it now and skip to step 6.

• If not, select No and follow the on-screen prompts to generate one.

3. Review the safety and site information, and what to do in case of an emergency.

• Read through all 7 training screens carefully.

• Press Next after reading each one to continue.

4. Press Confirm to obtain your fuel access code.

• A receipt will print with your unique fuel access code linked to your credit card.

5. Reinsert your credit card and enter the fuel access code when prompted.

• Keep this code for future use with the same credit card.

6. Enter the pump number and press Enter.

7. Enter the fuelling amount in dollars.

• You can pre-authorize an amount between $5 and $999.

8. Enter your Co-op member number.

• If you don’t have a Co-op number, leave the field blank and press Enter.

9. Enter your credit card PIN.

10. Begin fuelling.

• Insert the nozzle, lift the handle, and start fuelling.

Once you've obtained your fuel access code, it will remain the same across the Co-op Cardlock Network. You won’t need to complete the training screens again unless you forget your code or use a different credit card.

Please Note:

If you insert your Co-op Cardlock Card, the transaction will be automatically billed to your account.
You will not be able to switch to Visa or Mastercard payment at the pump once the transaction has started.

Important Information:

• Only clear products are available when using a Visa or Mastercard. No dyed fuel.

• Washroom access is available only during business hours because Visa and Mastercard does not have washroom access.
