Truck Driver (Petroleum Driver Sales Representative)
Job Description
Fort St. John Co-operative is hiring a Truck Driver for our Bulk Petroleum Operations located in Fort St. John, BC.
What you’ll do:
You will demonstrate top quality sales skills and be responsible for attaining and maintaining new and existing accounts by:
- Developing strong relationships with all accounts and maintaining a high level of service.
- Ensuring delivery schedules are maintained to improve efficiencies and client loyalty.
- Communicating clearly and regularly with other Team Members and Leaders.
- Complying with all Health and Safety Regulations and procedures.
- Completing all responsibilities at or above “National Safety Code” Standards.
- Performing assigned duties in all weather conditions.
- Performing general housekeeping duties on Co-op sites and at client locations.
- Clearly representing our values of Integrity, Commitment and Responsibility.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Bulk Petroleum and:
- You are a motivated, self starter who has the desire to help others.
- You have a Class 1 or a Class 1 Learner’s (BC LDL)
- You have the ability to lift 25 kgs and carry it more than 100 m without assistance.
- You’re committed to safety in the workplace.
- You are comfortable with computers and technology.
- You possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package and an employer-contributed pension plan. The range for this position is $25.42 - $35.85 per hour. Starting wage will be commensurate with education and experience.
