Gas Bar Manager

Fort St. John Co-operative is hiring a Gas Bar Manager for our Gas Bar located at 11432 – 100th Avenue in Fort St. John, BC.

- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, guide, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and provide an exemplary customer experience. Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and manage team dynamics.
- Strategic Thinking & Planning: Proficiency in defining project scope, objectives and success metrics through skills in balancing short-term goals with long-term strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to manage inventory, control shrinkage, and optimize operational workflows. Experience with scheduling, budgeting and achieving financial targets.
- Ensures Accountability: Establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work, measuring results and adhering to all regulations, policies and procedures including environmental health and safety, and loss prevention policies.
- Represent Values: Strongly represent our values of Integrity, Commitment and Responsibility.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have completed Grade 12.
- You have 4 - 7 years of experience in a retail environment.
- You have 3+ years of experience leading a department.
- You’re familiar with developing departmental goals and strategies to achieve them.
- You’re comfortable leading a team and providing day-to-day direction and guidance.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered for this position. Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan. The range for this position is $65,120 - $81,400 annually. Starting wage is based on education and experience. Relocation assistance may be provided.
