Position Overview:
Fort St. John Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Attendant to support day-to-day operations at our Fort Nelson Gas Bar. This is an entry-level position responsible for delivering strong customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting both retail and petroleum functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate POS and inventory systems.
• Prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Perform general housekeeping and facility upkeep.
• Merchandise stock, displays, and backroom inventory.
• Comply with Food Safety standards while handling coffee and food products.
• Follow all Co-op safety and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Comfort working indoors, outdoors, and in warehouse environments.
• Must be able to lift and handle product safely (including lifting boxes and material up to 25kg).
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, stat holidays and weekends.
